Through a grant from its foundation, Alpha Delta Pi successfully partnered with Enivation to scan over 100 years of publications and other documents!
With a membership of over 235,000 women in collegiate chapters and alumnae associations, Alpha Delta Pi was the first secret society for college women, making it the oldest sorority in the world. They had over 100 years of The Adelphean, their quarterly magazine, and many other historical documents that they wanted their large membership to have access to. They were familiar with the services that Enivation offered and really wanted to have the scanning and archiving project done in time to be released for their annual national convention, but did not have it budgeted for the current year. Still wanting to move forward with the initiative, they made a request to their Foundation to fund the project. A grant was approved soon after and, through an excellent working relationship, we were able to get everything completed in time for them to promote at their national convention.
